First Day of Pre-Student Teaching

I began my pre-student teaching hours today! For the most part all I did in the middle school rooms was observe two class sessions of the same lesson, "What is Scarcity". When the second class began I was thinking, "oh here we go again." But it is amazing how a different group of students can change a lesson so significantly; without the material

Back when I was student teaching we had an econ unit, and I was teaching about scarcity. So, I had to give an example, and since Spiderman 2 had come onto DVD the day before, and used it as an example. Saying that there aren't enough copies for everyone to have one, and so on. The class liked it.

It was pretty sweet.
