So, yeah, I miss oregon girl way more than I let on. To anyone. Especially her. That's just how things are with me.. I'll very likely always miss her, and if there ever reaches a point in which we are actually able to be friends, I'll likely still always want her. I miss her body. I miss her smell. I miss her quiet, cute ways of doing the most

If I knew nothing else about you, I'd say I knew that your life changes as often as the wind. I know what it's like to miss the past, miss the people, the feelings, whatever was going on at the time - it's okay to do this- just don't move there. If you get what I mean. Come back to the present and I guarantee you'll find ways to make new memories. I believe in my heart that you and Oregon girl, though maybe not now, but someday, you'll be friends again. I don't have a clue who Kansas girl is. And my little tidbit of good friend advice is to stay away from the now single ex to avoid some sort of unnecessary drama with your roommate, plus dealing with her rebound. You deserve better than rebound or second choice status. Like I said, I know what it's like to miss the past, and I could very easily build my life around the past, and maybe somewhat happily - but then I miss out on putting more memories for later into my mind...
