What is WRONG with some people?

Like I told Kiba, there's nothing you can say to something like this.  It's horrible, and there really isn't any way to respond to it.

Hate not being able to do anything.  I've seen a couple people talking about things they could do to help.  I like the idea of cleaning up the worse neighborhoods, and I'll be volunteering myself for anything needed

Well you probably shouldn't be walking around alone with all the things that've been going on lately, or agreeing to meet strangers, but if you wanted to stop by with a friend or guardian sometime, you could play with mine. They always like meeting new people.
