Maybe you should run a kitchen that only caters dinner? Y'know, for maximum cooking time. Also in catering, you can decide the menus you'll offer which should cut down on the knuckle-draggin' retards. Ooh, and a catering service could have a customer liason who deals mainly with the 'tar..I mean customers so you don't have to.

Sounds good to me, but then, I'm all loopy on maxalt just now, so it probably isn't that sensible. (Hell, I'd work in food if there was that kinda situation.;)

(and, a "just so's ya knows": the day I officially "met" you and "met" the Tomato House (had seen you around and talked a bit--but not much) during the Schmeag/Djenn/Robbi/Fraggle chat you stopped, looked up, said, "I want a cake, right fucking now"--and then GOT UP AND MADE A FREAKIN' CAKE!! :D It was a very GOOD cake, if I remember correctly, and I said to Schmeag, "Ya know--I got a good feeling about this place--'coz when they say they wanna do something--they just DO it!" ;D
