Workout
I am about to start a solid work out program, and trying to take some pics of before and after. Also I would like to update my post every 2 or 3 weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions for poses that will best show off my body. I want shots, ideas that will best show off my progress so any and all suggestions will be great -

So, apparently Wyoming, in an attempt to draw the Pres Canidaties to the state... thought it be best to be #2 in the country for primary. After Iowa, the Rep Canidates were to come here but guss figured New Hamp. was more important. HA HA
