It might be that. I think I am freaking out cause of all this breast cancer stuff on TV, Due to being breast cancer aware month.

the lump probably has to do with breastfeeding. Breasts are really weird while nursing.

Im sorry that you cant nurse anymore..:(

I would be sad too.
