Can any one explain this is in anyway?

I called the IRS and one one is getting checks or money in hand. And they said that they don't even no the details.

If I understand correctly, Obama rushed that bill so fast none of the people who voted on it (or didn't vote on it) even had a chance to read it. So it stands to reason that no one knows exactly what it entails. If giving everyone money is part of it, though, I think we can easily anticipate increased taxes. That money has to come from somewhere. :shaking head:
