Does anybody know of any good books about our music?

I found "Nothing Feels Good- PunkRock, Teenagers, and EMO" to be pretty interesting. I havnt read it yet, just a few pages online. Borders was sold out.

i have it, i started to read it and its mainly just about how all the music started, and what it is and yeah..its not the must interesting book ever though

yeah i know. i thought it was more like a novel before i started to read it, and was a bit disspointed when i found it wasnt. But i still want to read it.

DEFINITELY read sex, drugs, and cocoa puffs by chuck klosterman.

its less about music, but its a really up to date criticism on various things in pop culture. the dudes a writer for spin and he knows what hes talking about. one of the best books ive read in a while.
