Former Education Secretary William Bennett says aborting "every black baby in this country" will bring down the crime rate.

I found this in The Daily today....

I'm shocked and appalled....

we were discussing that in english a few days ago, and it's not that i think he should have said it, but there've been theories about aborting babies born to poor families and such around for awhile. he just made it race-specific.
and it's not like he said it would be a good idea to do that. however, it MAY be statistically correct. again, not a good thing to say, though.
