*Hugs.* I hope they turn on the water soon for you, my dear. I also hope you can somehow come up with a Plan B? I'm not sure what "Plan B" could be, but I know that when it's hurricane season over here, my neighborhood is the first to lose plumbing and electricity-which I don't mind for hours or a day, but I notice everyone else does, and thinking about going without water for so long would make me wish to cry. I know how much you long for the shower, and later, when I take a shower, I will mourn for you. :(
You have my deepest sympathy and you have changed my mind of when we lose water over here as well! All the best of luck, love! *Hugs!* :((

No! Don't mention hurricane season! *shudders*

Last time we got hit by a hurricane I went without water for a month and without electricity for two and a half!

Oh jeez! That sounds terrible! I only went without electricity/water maybe for 2 or 3 days (I don't think it was as long as 3 days though?)? But wow! I have no clue when Hurricane season starts around here and I've lived here forever, so they just randomly appear over here. Luckily the house I live in stays up-though the plumbing doesn't, and so far, by what I hear, yours does too? It's a brighter side to the bad sides, but I won't mention the "H" word again-not until it strikes. *Shudders too!*

Our houses are made of solid cement, made specifically to withstand the winds of a hurricane.

Hurricane season is from June to October.
