How are things going at home? Some idiot decided to let loose several 40 foot snakes on the campus, and one of them killed some kid named Sousuke Aizen. I felt so useless while this went on. It was awful.I'm debating how to write home about it. I fear that Father could pull me out of Hogwarts--because what if I had gotten injured, or died?

I strongly suspect the school will inform everyone's parents anyway. It's merely for you to decide who they would best hear it from. How are classes? And my Gluttony? And you?
I'm miserable. I desperately hate being here, and I'm coming back as soon as I find a chance. He's asking me to join them. I just can't, Atobe. I won't. I've come too far to stop now, but I can't kill him.

I apologize for not writing sooner. Things have been busy, and I suppose I have always been fairly lazy when it comes to personal corrispondence. I'm not sure who the culprit is, but I've no doubt they'll be duly caught. Can you imagine the outrage if he was allowed to stay free?
Because there were other students my age trying to fight against the monsters and I just sat and babysat the first years. I know that that was the smart thing to do--getting myself killed wouldn't have done anyone any good--but it still seems like cowardiceYou are of course correct that my parents will find out one way or another.
