Ginny could not wait to tell her family and friends that she got a job. She was going to be Gilderoy Lockhart's secretary for his new business. That's great, Ginny! Much as I'm not thrilled that it's Lockhart you're working for (you'll need to keep his ego well-fed, y'know), I'm glad you found something you want to do!

Thank you, Harry. I'm so exciting about this. Think of everything that I'll be able to do in London. I really needed to get away from home and everything that happened at Hogwarts. If it doesn't work out then I will just go back to school anyway. Assuming there is a school to go back to.

Lockhart doesn't seem all that egotistical to me. I don't remember him from before so I guess I don't have anything to compare him to. I think that he's really very nice.

He's nice in his way, but you've got to watch his ambition. If you're in his way, he will step on you. You do know tha the almost obliviated me and Ron, don't you?
