I often find that a good stiff drink accompanied by the soothing sounds of Rachmagicoff's Disembowelment in B+ Major does the most to calm even the most heightened of nerves. I am, of course, not at all upset for any reason of external significance or international importance whatsoever; in fact, I believe that an unknowing observer might find such ( Read more... )

I am heartened to hear that you had such a good time recently, Lucius. In the spirit of the season, I wish for more such experiences for you in the coming year.

As there is nothing to bar me from wishing to see these recent times repeated, I cordially accept your wishes.

Lucius,

Welcome back! Might I interest you in purchasing a Gilmo or two as a means to lure innocent muggles into your lair so that you could torture them ruthlessly?

Gilmos are far more popular with the muggles than those Elmo dolls these days.

Sir,

While I appreciate the obvious generosity of your offer, I must emphasise that the existence of Muggles and their insipid playthings in the great Malfoy Manor is a situation that shall never be observed in my lifetime.

Understood. But how about after you die? We could decorate the entire Manor with Gilmos!

Why, Mr. Malfoy, I'm hardly disfigured, and if I have been at all it's all in my mind and the responsibility for it ultimately goes back to you. It's only fair that I sent you a little gift in return for what you've done to me.

I'm a bit disappointed that it wasn't more severe than hives, but I'm still pleased that there was a reaction like that.

As for your little note, I'll deal with the rain, I'll continue using my computer instead of quills, and I'll ask my mum's advice on dealing with noisy children, because I am quited pleased and it's so worth getting a rise out of you.

And if I knew which one of your little friends broke my ankle, they'd get something, too.

I would not be so sure, Miss Weasley. A curse of Malfoy does not fail to linger. I forsee a painful eighty-seven years.

I foresee me simply avoiding quills, asking Hermione about her nifty rain-repelling charm, and possibly not having children or just learning to put up with it.

I foresee more painful hives.
