Batman Begins: B-. I spent most of the movie either feeling bored, disgusted, or both. There was too much of the adrenaline-inducing stuff like car chases, fight scenes, scary nightmare effects. I liked it a lot. There was no CGI, and other than the microwave ray gun not vaporizing humans, I liked it a lot. Katie Holmes - melty face, hahah. That was funny. She was kind of pointless in the movie. I think they had her just so she'd have some nip action at the end to kind of keep the tradition of showing nipples in batman movies, even if the last couple movies the nipples were on batman and robin's outfits.

K-H liked it a lot, too, actually. He said the same thing about the microwave emitter. He thought it was much better than previous Batman movies and that it did an excellent job of creating the comic book's atmosphere and adding some more to it. I don't disagree that they did a thorough job of explaining Batman... it was the boring adrenaline-ish scenes that turned me off.
