This week has been mainly spent sitting in Unwins keeping Myles company, with a trip to Quasar (nostalgia!) on tuesday with Anthea, Dean and Matt. Was great to see them, it's been too long, and that is completely my fault. Today I am going "stoned ice skating" with Kay, Lucy, James, Myles, Rupert, Sam and Steph. Ice skating "stoned" is a very dangerous and irresponsible thing to do. I think you should maybe reconsider some of you lifestyle choices for the new year. Today you may be skating on cannabis but tommorow you may find yourself cycling on heroin. It is such a slippery slope my friend.

I am still alive! I've been spending too many nights in Radlett and my phone battery is dead and I've had no money to call or travel home! But, I have money now, and I'm coming home today, so I might come and say hello tonight. Thanks for worrying but you really shouldn't have!xx
