Weasley, the thing is . . . it's just that, what if it's true?

I don't know.

I mean, it'd be between you and him, right?

I wouldn't factor in.

What if what's true? If this is about my feelings toward crinoline that I can tell you anything you've heard is a lie.

Can I fold your socks?

Why, they are already pristinely folded, of course.

Has Weasley gone and foolishly vexed you, Pansy? Let me be the first to offer you my deepest and most sincere sympathies.

Thank you, Blaise. It's just . . . I don't know.

Do not know what?

Tell me why it is that you and Draco speak so much of socks when there is more to life, all meant to be enjoyed and savoured.

Do not know . . . I just don't know. In general.

I'm just afraid there is too much to savour, so socks will have to do.

if one were to trap a crumple-horned snorkak, which are exceedingly rare and beautiful, i should hope they would have sense enough to realise what they possessed and not trade it away for something that, while uncommonly attractive, a yellow feathered ostrich perhaps, was simply not a snorkak

And I should hope if one were to come face to face with a yellow-feathered ostrich or two, one would readily recognise the ostrich as such.

i would suggest that your feathers are black
but you think that ostriches belong
together?

Why black?

I just think some ostriches are born under each others' wings, is all.
