Just an average day really, as Pansy stood waiting in line at Gringotts trying not to make too much eye contact with the creatures behind the desks. They could really use an upgrade at this place. She knew a few witches that would turn the dreary old place into a pleasant establishment to frequent.

She probably wouldn't have been able to see anything anyway, but she had been cut off in mid survey when a man told her to get down.
She didn't argue. She dropped to the floor gingerly as she was told.
It didn't take long before it was clear that the curse hadn't worked. None the less, there was a rising panic in the large lobby.
They were told that they could sit up but to remain close to the ground for protection, while the aurors began to arrive and question the Gobblins.
Luna sat Indian style on the ground, trying to overhear anything to see if there was anything she could do to help, when she saw a face that she recognized.
She thought she recognized it, at least.
"Pansy?" She asked, her voice airy as always.

"Who are you?" she feigned confusion, the same airy voice in her voice. It was pretty impressive Pansy was able to mimic the voice perfectly. Feet crisscrossed, the Slytherin fluffed her hair a bit, barely looking at the blonde next to her. She was more curious about what was going on with the aurors.

"I'm Luna Lovegood. We were at Hogwarts together. You were a year ahead of me I believe." She said with her warmest smile.
"Though I must admit, you've grown more beautiful since you've left." She said, looking at her beautiful hair. Luna had always wanted dark hair, and she appreciated anyone who had it.

"Loony," she exclaimed with realization. "How could I forget?" The last part was dry.
"Of course I have," she sniffed, thought she wasn't exactly sure how to continue the conversation from here.
Eyes narrowed, Pansy glared at all the other people sitting near her, as if they were the cause of her being stuck in this situation in the first place.
