I hope you like the tut! I really liked the effect so i thought i'd share!
1. Open a new 100 x 100 image
2. Open your image and resize it. Drag it into your 100 x 100 image.
I got:
3. Duplicate your base and set it to screen. opactiy: 50% (or if your image is very dark leave it at 100%)
4. Duplicate the screen layer and set to soft light opacity: 100%
I got:
5. Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation
Set the Saturation to +22
I got:
6. This is optional. I wanted to bring out the green so i made a new layer and fill with #00FF4E. Set to colour. Erase where the green covers where you dont want it.
I got:
7. You dont have to do this if you dont want to. I just like the effect a lot. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Colour

C- 0
M- 8
Y- -60
B- 0
BLACKS
C- 0
M- 0
Y- 0
B- 46
I got:
8. Now make a new layer and press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E. Now desaturate that layer. (Crtl + Shift + U). Use the select tool set on a circle and select a part of your image.
Like this:
The i right clicked it and went to Select Inverse. Press delete. Move that layer to where you want it.
I got:
9. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast

10. Open this gradient. Drag it onto your image and set to screen.
Gradient:
Then I added some text in black.
And you are done!
