Here is my newest tut-
turn this:



into this:





1 . Open a new 100 x 100 image

2. Open your picture, resize it and place at the top of your 100 x 100 image.
Like this :



3. Duplicate image (ctrl + j) and move it to the bottom of the 100 x 100 image. Desaturate it (ctrl + shift +u)

4. With the desaturated layer selected go to Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal.

5. Duplicate the desaturated layer and set to soft light. Underneath the soft light layer, duplicate it again and set to screen. Do this a number of times until you are satisfied with the look of the pic.

6. Now, go back down to the coloured image and duplicate that and set to soft light. Underneath the soft light layer, duplicate it again and set to screen. Do this again until you are satisfied with the look.

7. Take this brush

and place it between your images. Set to screen.

8. Make a new layer and fill with #0B1040. Set to exclusion.
I got:



9. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Colour Balance.
Set to :
Cyan/Red
14
Magenta/Green
6
Yellow/Blue
27

I got:



10. Now add some text. I used font dear Joe four. size 10.

Play around with brushes and stuff to come up with different looks!
