1. Open a new 100 x 100 canvas.

2. Open your image and resize it. Drag onto your 100 x 100 blank canvas.
I got:


3. Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Colour Balance
Set to:
MIDTONES: -72, 0, +39
SHADOWS: 0, -3, +6
HIGHLIGHTS: -1, -8, -28
I got:


4. Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
Set to:
RGB:
Point One
I: 40
O: 0
Point Two
I: 197
O: 206
I got:


5. Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
Set to:
RGB:
Point One
I: 132
O: 173
I got:


6. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Colour
Reds:
C: 0
M: +10
Y: -15
B: 0

Yellows:
C: +20
M: 0
Y: +40
B: 0

Cyans:
C: +100
M: 0
Y: -100
B: 0

Whites:
C: +50
M: +16
Y: -14
B: 0

Blacks:
C: -10
M: 0
Y: +23
B: 0
I got:


7. Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
Set to:
RGB:
Point One
I: 68
O: 109
Point Two
I: 255
O: 240
I got:


8. Then I added some light brown smokey brushes set to screen.

And you are done!
