Unfortunately, even after his death at the hands of his brother back in his world, Itachi was not allowed rest. He was taken to a strange world and locked up in a place known by the other captives as a_facility. He discovered that time had no restraints in this place. On his arrival, the Uchiha wasn't alone. Several of the other shinobi(or ninja's) from his world who knew of Itachi's infamous feats as a classified S-Rank criminal (the highest) considered him an immediate threat. Naturally, Itachi wouldn't have bothered. To be perfectly frank, he didn't. Although his allegiance will now and forever be towards the Leaf, he was a master of deceit: he could protect without protecting, it's his specialty. By dwelling with the enemies he could ensure their protection, it was simple as that. Unfortunately, he hadn't anticipated a very peculiar problem.
On his arrival, Itachi was met by an eight year old Sasuke, his younger brother. Considering how all of his sacrifices had been made for him alone, seeing him so young and naive created a problem. He was too young for the brutality that would fall upon him in later years, he was too innocent. He was a child and not an avenger, Itachi had to preserve this a little longer. Clearly, Itachi found several roadblocks.
Shikamaru Nara, the leader of the group of leaf shinobi, was convinced that Itachi had ill intentions with the child. His accomplices were a sixteen year old Tsunade, a clueless teenage Naruto, and a fifteen year old Kakashi. Itachi would not have his brother ripped away from him solely because he was convinced the fools could not be trusted to keep their mouth shut. The child hadn't been allowed out of anyone's sites but for a genius, luring his little brother into his clutches was far from difficult.
Through a very well planned plot, he lured the innocent Sasuke to him and hid him close. While the shinobi of the leaf were desperately searching for him, Itachi called upon Shikamaru and made him a deal. Their agreement was that he would do his best to keep Akatsuki affairs away from Konoha shinobi(not including their allies) if Sasuke was not taken from him. He was also very clear to threaten the boy to never utter a single fact about the future of the Uchiha clan. Shikamaru agreed.
For several months they lived in peace, Itachi minding his own while keeping Sasuke safe and close while keeping his relations with his fellow Akatsuki in good conditions. There were certain times where Itachi did have to act as a decoy failing to capture a certain shinobi or two but he was never caught. He was certainly suspected, from a Sasori especially, but never caught red-handed. In one of these events of protecting the foolish shinobi he had made a deal with, he murdered one of his own crew, a Konan. Her death passed and he was never discovered, but the leaf shinobi were well aware.
Friendships etc.&
Despite his hidden deal with the shinobi, he never exactly changed his behavior towards them. Distance was key but most of the time, they pushed to rely heavily on their supposed worst enemy. He created slight bonds with a few of them, especially those who interacted intensively with the young Sasuke. He was nothing more than a wise ball of logic and a rational thinker. Despite the fact he never exactly pushed for their trust, they seemed to have offered it. He never gave any promises. He was an outcast for a reason, it was better that way.
With others in game, Itachi found strange friendships both of mutual interest and simply individuals who he found to be intellectually suitable for a good chat. He also gained several enemies who he just couldn't bring himself to care about.

Itachi became acquainted with a certain exorcist, Kanda Yu, who despite his slightly different personality, shared quite a few similarities with the Uchiha. They were both warriors who knew they held a given expiration date but didn't let that stop them, being on of the many things they shared. Their first few meetings were as rivals wasting good energy on training by the exorcists request. Talk had gone about that Kanda was quite a challenge in a spar and when he met Itachi, he challenged him. Amused by the rashness of the offer, Itachi agreed. He won. Kanda made it a point to train with him more often.
As time progressed, the acquaintanceship between the two turned into a mutual friendship. Surrounded by troubling Akatsuki members, mad scientists(NPC's for the game), and a poor excuse for allies, Itachi found a replacement for the partner he did not have. Kanda became his brand new Kisame, surprisingly there had been more than trust brewing between the two.
Their relationship took almost five months to become something other than a one-part denial.
Itachi hadn't been expecting the other to harbor any feelings towards him beyond comradeship that it was mostly his own disregard towards them.. He was never the type to slink into such personal bonds as a relationship, but because Kanda was persistent. Being the rational and logical thinker that he is, comparisons to most relationships he held with individuals in his long miserable life, this proved to be the least painful one. He eventually gave in.
His behavior towards others remained the same, his relationship private. He did not change, he was a murderer at heart and always a murderer. His own morals tended to clash with Kanda's and that was what would inevitably brew tension within the relationship. Itachi's natural nature of using violence when need be to solve a problem kept popping up in several occasions, splitting the two several times morally. The relationship survived, however, after hisses and threats of course. Itachi cannot be changed.

The strain returned between the two brothers as Itachi now feared that his brother would claim his revenge. He had not anticipated him to be old. Fortunately for them, the reconciliation was easier, the child followed his younger brother just as Sasuke had once followed him. There was nothing Itachi did not do that was not first passed by Sasuke. Of course, this change laid heavy stress on the previous relationship the older Itachi had with Kanda. As a thirteen year old, he held no memory of the exorcist and therefore with a pitiful heart, Kanda offered him friendship.

Sasuke was distraught thinking his brother would no longer belong to him alone as Kanda began to try and claim back what he had originally lost. The bond between the brothers was difficult to mend and Itachi very much failed in winning back the confidence he had gained as a thirteen year old. Regardless, he pressed upon it, ignoring the rest. Sasuke was his light and without him, he had nothing. What had his sacrifice been for if not for Sasuke?
His most recent endeavor was surviving an experiment as blind as a bat. His eyes had been painfully gouged out and he had to fend for himself. He refused help and was panicking when he heard that his brother had been abducted and tortured by Madara. The older brother was enraged but because he could not calm himself and due to his injuries, his senses were off track. He had to wait, it was the longest wait. Second to waiting to be killed by his own brother, of course.
PERSONALITY:
Itachi is a man of many troubles who does well under all sorts of stress. Depending on the situation, he'll adapt to the certain ambiance. For example, if there is hostility in the air, Itachi can very much become the S-Ranked criminal he is feared to be. If the moments are calm and peaceful, he has no problem being kind... even if he calls it having some mercy. Despite the fact everyone believed him to be an emotionless killer, he is quite the opposite. Emotions were always the over-all downfall of this man, he cared too much and feared the laws of breaking orders. He never, however, feared death or sacrifice. The day he became the spy against his own clan was the day he emotionally began to fall.
In a sense, Itachi always believed in peace no matter how troubled the times were. He understands perfectly well the balances of power and what happens when power is used incorrectly. Rationality, logic, and intelligence are virtues he respects highly and holds true to. Organization along with duty are two aspects that he deems necessary for peace to exist. Along side that, a person might consider him rather optimistic but, even so, his mentality only comes from the complete analysis of a situation. If he sees something wrong, like a flaw in the upcoming events, he might very much think twice of going on. Itachi understands the meaning of surrender. He prefers a more diplomatic and intelligent fix then actual fighting. He's been so traumatized of war.
Around people, he can be rather quiet but it doesn't mean he isn't much of a talker. His sociable attitude all depends on the person he'll be exchanging words with. If he's surrounded by ignorance then he will most likely stay silent in attempts to show the person a lesson in manners or simply to give them a hint he's not interested. One can consider him to hold a sense of humor despite the probable truth that one will probably never see or hear him laugh- he's been so emotionally scarred.

Itachi is skilled in both hand and weapon combat on various levels. His chakra levels are incredibly high and his abilties and techniques rank in some of the highest. Considering how he was able to make it to the second highest rank in the shinobi world (ANBU Captain) he has the potential to be a deadly foe.

Itachi was born to the Uchiha clan and is a pure blooded wielder of the infamous Sharingan. He has the strength and dexterity to anticipate attacks and counter them. It takes amazing stamina and strength to be able to take the effects of the Sharingan because it eventually uses up chakra. Itachi has become an expert wielder of his clans legacy.
Because he is a true Uchiha, he has the mastery of the fire element. Most, not all, of his attacks will fall by his fire mastery.
Mangekyo Sharingan
Can be explained as a 'next level' sharingan he gained when he murdered a man he considered a friend. The process can be known as "stealing your eyes" as they like to call it, one literally gains the power of the other. He is able to hold two strong types of genjutsu and ninjitsu. On his right eye he can do Amatarasu (ninjitsu) which creates a burning ball of black flames that can literally be controlled by him and burn through anything. His left eye has Tsukuyomi (genjutsu) which traps a person in Itachi's dream world where they will suffer three days of torture while in reality only passing a single second in the real world.
The last and final technique is the most dangerous: Susanoo. With this, Itachi has the ability to lock someone forever in a genjutsu state by attacking with a spectral blade. It uses most of his chakra but it can be a finishing move to anyone (for example, Orochimaru).

The rain did not seem to cease for what seemed ages now. Itachi felt as if he had been stuck watching the same scene over and over again. Drop after drop, shower after shower- the heavens above them wept with no sign of condolence or end. Like many curious things in the Uchiha’s every-day life, this was a bad omen.
Beside him, he heard the shuffling of fabric as his partner moved about to and fro in the apartment they had checked out during their stay in a small town. The memory made Itachi smirk, his comrades actions were not annoying, just simply ironic. Who would have thought that even the most horribly heartless criminals could care so much for an ally?
After a few more seconds of mindlessly looking out the blurred window, he decided to stand and stretch.
Thunder rumbled in the heavens as he moved to open the window panes in attempts to let a small breeze of cool air in. It was rather nourishing, they had been walking for days and the fresh air only helped in sorting that peaceful ambiance he had been trying to reach. He was annoyed of the smell of rain but, the sound was far to relaxing to ignore. It was then that his eyes wandered to the street below.
Various umbrellas loomed about like floating ghosts as the rain fell on them. Like a mourning walk, every black top moved at the same speed, in lines. How pathetic, he thought to himself bringing a hand below his chin as he leaned on the sill. Everyone walks on in their lives not knowing, not caring…

"Victory!" He exclaimed sticking his head in beckoning his comrade to follow. "They're on the move!"

He looked out the window and glared at the child as a parent began scolding and pushing him under another black umbrella, merging with the masses. He closed the window with a firm snap and closed his eyes for a few seconds only to open them with the Sharingan in play. The memories were placed back the farthest portion of his mind.

The rain did not seem to cease for what seemed ages now. Itachi felt as if he had been stuck watching the same scene over and over again. Drop after drop, shower after shower- the heavens above them wept with no sign of condolence or end. Like many curious things in the Uchiha’s every-day life, this was a bad omen.
Beside him, he heard the shuffling of fabric as his partner moved about to and fro in the apartment they had checked out during their stay in a small town. To Itachi's surprise and amusement, the rain had made his comrade an impatient wreck. He had not retorted nor complained about it, but Itachi felt it. The air about him seemed to carry a small tinge of anxiety and sternness in relation to the peaceful ambiance Itachi had been trying to reach.
"Kisame, what's wrong?"
His voice sounded hoarse and emotionless from not speaking the whole day. His comrade said nothing and responded with a mumbling about searching for ‘the child’ before the door closed shut behind him. The room went silent once more, the anxiety Kisame had left behind temporarily made its last show before fading away with the gentle rumble of rain at their window.
Whether something was wrong with his companion or not, Itachi knew he would probably not find out. The two were partners, but their relationship was simply business. No one spoke of emotions, that was just simply unheard of. What did you expect from a crowd of murderers? It was the questionable portion of the friendship in his mind but Itachi learned to ignore it. He had learned to ignore a lot of things…mostly emotions.
They had been staying in this place for almost three days now and, since Itachi had used up most of his chakra at the last fight, he had set to meditating in order to gain back his strength faster than usual. Kisame had become impatient and kept reminding him with those foolish over-protective retorts; as if Itachi were not aware on just how dangerous it was to over use his strengths. The memory made Itachi smirk, his comrades actions were not annoying, just simply ironic. Who would have thought that even the most horribly heartless criminals could care so much for an ally?
After a few more seconds of mindlessly looking out the blurred window, he decided to stand and stretch.
Thunder rumbled in the heavens as he moved to open the window panes in attempts to let a small breeze of cool air in. It was rather nourishing, they had been walking for days and the fresh air only helped in sorting that peaceful ambiance he had been trying to reach. He was annoyed of the smell of rain but, the sound was far to relaxing to ignore. It was then that his eyes wandered to the street below.
Various umbrellas loomed about like floating ghosts as the rain fell on them. Like a mourning walk, every black top moved at the same speed, in lines. How pathetic, he thought to himself bringing a hand below his chin as he leaned on the sill. Everyone walks on in their lives not knowing, not caring…
Then something caught his eyes.
It started as a blur but then, gradually, he realized it was an umbrella. Red. It stood out over the looming ghosts and even picked up its speed. The curious sight caught his attention and he continued to follow it before realizing it was a child, he moved the umbrella from over him and Itachi could see him. It reminded the Uchiha of himself...
The child looked up as the rain poured over him, the umbrella forgotten at his wrist. He laughed, he danced, he played- and Itachi heaved a heavy sigh. He remembered when that child could have passed as his little brother, with that same wild craze for adventure, a smile from ear to ear... He was lost in memories of the past when the door swung open and Kisame appeared, ecstatic about something. For a few brief seconds, Itachi stared at him confused.
"Victory!" He exclaimed sticking his head in beckoning his comrade to follow. "They're on the move!"
And just like that, any emotions of the past left him and he became Itachi, the murderer of the Uchiha clan, in a second. He looked out the window and glared at the child as a parent began scolding and pushing him under another black umbrella, merging with the masses. He closed the window with a firm snap and closed his eyes for a few seconds only to open them with the Sharingan in play. The memories were placed back the farthest portion of his mind.
