Summary: It's been a while, so it's time for Zack and Sephiroth to meet up again.
It relieved Zack, honestly, seeing a post from Sephiroth upon the system. It had been some time since he had last heard from the other and, understandably, that had left him feeling somewhat anxious and a little worried. Not like he thought there was any big problem going on--news traveled in this city, after all--and talking to the former General had proven that Sephiroth didn't seem that bad off, but... even so.
Talking to Sephiroth on his journal had been nice, and Zack would feel even better, seeing him in person. Maybe they'd even get more than the few brief moments they'd had last time (he tried not to hold out hope for that, though). Zack would have liked, yeah, a chance to get to catch up with his friend properly. Maybe, too, if Sephiroth still had questions or concerns (and Zack had no doubt that he did; how couldn't he?) then the First Class could do his best to answer them and ease them.
In any case, Zack definitely wasted no time in heading off to the beach. That's where Sephiroth had wanted to meet him, and he had said any time would be fine, so. Zack had made a quick stop to see Genesis (he was the one in charge of SOLDIER when Zack wasn't around, after all) to say he'd be out for a while and then he had made his way out of the building.
It didn't take terribly long for the SOLDIER to cross the distance from the ShinRa headquarters to the beach of the city. Something else he hadn't seen in a good long while, but he didn't even so much as blink at it. Instead, Zack was more focused upon glancing around, looking for sight of Sephiroth.
Who was easy enough to spot, really. Sephiroth always stood out, no matter where he was, didn't he?
At once, Zack was heading over.
"Hey there!"
