Warnings: Sephiroth is the antagonist of most FFVII-related video games, so that makes him one?
Summary: Thinking that Mother Eve has returned to Purgatorium, he finds himself just slightly disappointed until another idea comes to mind...

Since joining with Warren, the former SOLDIER general found himself less dependent on Schuldig and more independent. While Warren did offer him a wealth of godlike power and the opportunity to become a hero of darkness, Sephiroth found himself craving something more. And Warren was somewhat busy attending to... whatever he was doing, so with that Sephiroth figured it would be to his advantage to gather knowledge--wisdom like that he'd obtained in Gaia. Although he couldn't quite recall everything that had taken place there -details were missing here and there, though he'd been told it had something to do with that voice or Jenova, the Calamity from the Skies- he was pretty sure that he wouldn't have been able to call a Meteor to destroy their Planet... or spread a disease called Geostigma... without obtaining a vast wealth of information beforeheand. Therefore, it was equally as important if not more important to do the same now that he was no longer in Gaia and interacting with people from completely different worlds.
Sephiroth decided that he would become a god yet, no matter how impossible. And he would not just be a minion to Warren and his 'Mother' god for very long. But for now, he would work with that until he could use it to his advantage and completely rise above them.
It had been quite a long while since he'd seen Eve; he could assume that perhaps she, too, had disappeared in the same manner that others time and again seemed to simply vanish. But for the first time in a long time, he could feel something calling to him through his body. Intrigued, he headed in that direction to discover the source. From the forest, he set forth and followed that feeling with a hasty zeal... and eventually found himself led to a young blonde girl.
Even though she felt like Eve, she wasn't quite the Mother that he recalled, was she? No, there was something different about her, and he wasn't entirely sure of what just yet. What he did know, however, was that it would be in his best interests to approach her--perhaps she would be of use to him in the future.
And while he wasn't a particularly social man, the tall man approached her...
