Summary: Riku found out from Haji what happened to him in Haji's timeline (anime), and looks for comfort in Charles.
Riku began the walk back from the terminals in a daze, hardly aware of his surroundings. Everything was different. Solomon-san, Haji-san, Diva-san, Saya-neechan... They were all so much the same as Riku remembered, but what with forgetting Charles and now this... Riku didn't know what to think. Why would Diva-san do that to him?
He found his way back to the shack he was sharing with Charles and Charlie, only half-aware of recognizing the broken-down house, opening the door and slipping inside. Riku felt very young and very helpless. Normally he would talk to Kai-niichan or Saya-neechan, but Kai-niichan was nowhere to be found, and he had already upset Saya-neechan when he mentioned Diva-san.
Riku slumped against the door, too overwhelmed to move much further into the sparse rooms. He needed to talk. He needed a friend.
"Charles?" he called weakly into the dark.
