Toshiko had wandered down to the beach in a bathing suit, and was now puttering around, looking for things to do. She noticed the torches that Allelujah was setting up and grabbed another one, sticking it into the sand.

She stood back for a moment, and concentrated, passing her hand over the top of the torch. A green flame sprung up, burning brightly. She looked a little strained for a moment, and then smiled, turning to Allelujah.

"How's that?"

Allelujah nodded when she came by, grateful for the help. When she waved her hand over the torch and the green flame appeared, he raised an eyebrow, surprised. Granted, he should have expected it, though he didn't know the full extent of her powers. "Fancy. That should help a lot. How long does it last?" he asked.

Toshiko thought for a moment. "Hm. Well... I'm not entirely sure, since I don't usually show it off in front of people. But at least an hour. It doesn't take much energy, so as long as I don't lose all my... uh."

How to explain this. "... Well, basically my spiritual energy... it should be okay." She stretched and went to set up some more torches.

Tamamo intercepted Toshiko as she was about to light the next torch, and lit it in front of her with a flick of fingers. "Enjoying the night, señorita?"

Hunting and fishing for food, he almost felt like a member of the boyscouts again--at least there were no stupid uniforms involved. Then again, he was used to wearing stupid uniforms by now, wasn't he?

The weather was warm enough not to wear what he had gotten from Celestial Being, though, and he was thankful for that... even if he couldn't quite understand how the place could get so warm when no sunlight ever hit the surface.

"Ever the diligent housewife" he joked when he approached Allelujah, looking over everything that had been set up and finding it a lot more welcoming than he thought it would be. Apparently even the lower level could get cozy, if set up correctly.

For a moment, he wished he had something to toss at Lyle, but he settled himself with a roll of the eyes for now. "Shut it before I pick you up and toss you into the water while you're still wearing all of your clothing," he threatened with a smile. "And I mean it, and you know that I have the strength to do that."

He stretched a little, deciding that he'd set up enough for now. "So, then... Now what?"

"We eat?" He wasn't really serious at first but then he actually did feel hungry as soo as he said it, mind inevitably going to his dog--not because he wanted to eat him, no, but because of what he usually called the dog.

"Where's the sausage? I told him to stay near the tables..." He glanced around, trying to find the little dog. "Better not get eaten..."

He glanced around, looking for a few minutes before coming across the puppy in question. He was trying to get up on one of the tables, apparently interested in getting to the food.

"Looks like he's hungry too," he said as he walked over and leaned down to give Neil a scratch behind the ears.

"We're gonna paaaarty, party haaardy~" Hannah sang to herself as she danced around near the tables and torches, actually enjoying this so-called beach on this lower level. Sure, it wasn't anything like the beach at home (which was partly a good thing because the beach at home had Rico's hot dog stand and that usually meant having Rico around), but this was nice enough.

And it was going to get so much nicer once she got everyone to dance with her. Really, if this was a party, there would have to be some excitement coming soon. ...If only they had a way to make music down here.

"Oh, Maestra Montana~ enjoying the beach?" Tamamo approached her, a beer in his hand. "And you did promise to teach everyone a dance, didn't you?"

"Yeah, I did! You're gonna love it, it's really easy." She saw the beer then, staring at it for a moment before looking around to see more drinks here. "Oh boy. If you all end up drunk, I'm outta here."

Tsukasa showed up a little later, staring wide-eyed at all the people at the beach. He hadn't changed into a bathing suit since he didn't actually have one, so he just showed up in his normal clothes, along with his staff.

He peered through the dim light at the beach, and sighed. Maybe he should go back. ... No, he told Fay he'd go. So he'd go. He hunched his shoulders and approached the beach, trying not to chicken out.

Soma spotted the silver-haired boy hovering around the outskirts of the party. She happened to be holding a plate of cookies, so she walked over him. "Hello. Would you like a cookie?"

Tsukasa looked up at her, and nodded, taking one. "Thank you. ... Soma, right? Did... you bake these?"

So it seemed there was someone else who didn't want to be here. Though this time it was likely Fay's mishap that Tsukasa was here. Making an effort, he moved from his spot on the beach.

...Though in typical Doumeki fashion he stopped to grab something to eat first. And with out much warning, a monotone "Yo." spoke from behind the wavemaster. The taller boy snacking on the bread he stole off a table.

Tieria busied himself by straightening out the tables. He nudged the plates so that they lined up with each other, and once he was satisfied with that, he moved on to the drinks, arranging them by type (and making sure that smaller children, like Mileina, were nowhere near the alcoholic ones).

Once he was done with that, he finally relaxed slightly, finding a spot in the sand and gazing around at those who were already there.

"Tieria~" Mileina called cheerfully, showing up beside him, almost out of no where in that way that Mileina always seemed to show up. "Are you having fun, desu?" She asked, watching his expression carefully. If Tieria wasn't, she was fully ready to force him to have fun. Or at least, attempt to.

Tieria looked up at Mileina, blinking slowly. "I do not particularly like being around so many people. It is... overwhelming." Thanks to the fact that he was designed to be able to use quantum brain waves, he could vaguely feel the minds of others buzzing around. Not very well, but enough to be... distracting.

The corner of her mouth twitched slightly, and she held back a laugh, inviting herself to plop down beside Tieria. "It is an extremely large amount of people, desu!" She commented, adjusting her skirt, then running her fingers through the sand. "So I can easily see how it would be overwhelming for Ti-c--- Tieria." She looked over at him, before chattering on. She figured Tieria wouldn't mind if she talked too much.

"But~ It's a good experience! I'm glad you're here!"
