Happy or no, Alma was getting more and more tired with the shared lack of sleep, her expression more and more disjointed; 'I' was bypassed almost wholly with 'Alma', and she seemed, when not speaking, to be distracted; but she seemed to know when a new person was coming in, and where, with an almost-- okay, let's admit it, a definite-- supernatural ability. But even that was wearing her down, and she became more and more likely to be hiding within herself between greetings. Tired didn't even begin to explain it.

But she still gamely tried, pushing and depending on Thylas' ability to fix this soon.

After exploring for a little while, he decided to head back to the temple. Maybe it was quieter now... and he needed a place to stay. Not that he hadn't slept on the ground before, but there was just something calming about that sort of place for him.

... Not surprising, considering who he had been, though it was somewhat at odds with the whole King of Bel thing. It didn't matter. Once he was assured that his demons wouldn't eat anyone while he was inside or asleep, he walked slowly inside, drawing his cloak around himself and trying not to stand out as a source of demonic energy.
