Late last night I was finishing up with visiting a cat and fell down some stairs on the front walk. My left ankle is so swollen today that it looks like half a tennis ball with a slightly blue tinge is attached to it. For the first time in the almost 5 years I've been a dog walker I had to call my clients today and cancel all their walks.

I live in fear of something like that happening. So far the worst that's happened is needing my husband to drive me on rounds because I had a stomach virus. :-/ *knocks on wood*

Ouch! I'm sorry dear. Well keep it elevated and iced. Look at it this way at least you don't have to be out in the heat!
