It can be tricky. I would suggest the strongest who are unchipped, with abilities that can be used to overpower a threat be used, however there's the risk of infection, and then opening up these people to be controlled, without chips, and turned against each other, civilians, or themselves. There is no delicate way to go about it, and it will need to be planned out to the last detail.

Kadaj is interested in Angeal. He's not interested in picking us all off and making an army. He wants Angeal, he wants to do whatever he feels like to him, and then most likely plans to go into hiding. However, if we threaten him, he'll feel like he's being challenged and will gladly try to prove himself. We could very well be the ones to set him off by mistake, when he may plan to do nothing. It's why we need to be careful.

Anyone who has the means to go out safely should be out searching, other than that, I simply don't want any of you endangering yourselves any more than necessary. My main concern with that is the rain. With the way things have been, monsters shouldn't be an issue for a while, and Kadaj won't be an issue until he's actually found.

Without a power or item to guard yourself from the acid, if you can get information from anyone that you can to try and find some sort of lead, that's the best thing to do.
