The door opens after a set amount of time. The mayor believes that the doors will end up opening before anyone has the time to have sex...although god forbid someone is really sick to their stomach.

Nice e-mail. As you say, not eloquent, but it is to the point. Besides, any eloquence presented to this man would be eloquence wasted. The only thing I'd remove is the "sir". Since he is mayor who discriminates against some of his citizens, he really doesn't deserve that respect back.
