shit's been going on over in my neighborhood too. if youre "patrolling" (thats what we'll call it when the cops catch you for battery)and you see a younger guy, aged 24, dark blonde hair, prob about 5'11... call the cops. this guy's been lurking around our places for a while, and he asked me out on a date.
