Well, only kind of, sort of, not really at all. My fellow Hellenist, miraclelegion informed me yesterday that we are to begin the paper with a translation of a passage. Then we are to comment on the history and language of the passage, as well as our translation. Unfortunately, I only received the message today, when I looked at his

Ha, lucky you being on the ball. I don't think my background stuff will be too difficult to write, but I'm not as far ahead in my translation as I would like. Having family in town is nice but not when you have a big paper due...

I had the opposite happen. My wife left for Iowa last Tuesday and isn't coming back until next Tuesday. I'm actually less productive with her gone.

I've been living with my parents this semester. We have my older sister, her husband, and 2 kids here (4 and 10.5 months). Needless to say that it's the 2 kids that make it difficult to get anything done.
