So, plans are being made. My brother is going to fly in to help me load the truck and help with the drive. I'll be staying with my mom for a while. Probably until I sell a book. This may be a long time, and I am resigning myself to that

And I understand what you mean about how things are with you and Tiffany. That was kind of how the end of my marriage was four years ago...though I think he did have the anger. Anyway...it will get easier after you move and the senery changes.

A fresh start might be exactly what you need.

I'm heading to nashville, and in some ways, I'm looking forward to the fresh start... but there are a lot of things just really damn hard about this and it's frustrating. She was essentially my entire universe for a long, long time and losing your center of gravity is just hard to deal with.

I strongly recommend you add "thatgirlmaria" to your friends list. She is a originally a resident of CT, but moved to TN to be with her boyfriend. She has a bright intellect and deep heart, and is having some trouble finding locals with those same attributes. I think you guys would really click if you met.
