step one & two: open network and sharing center
step three: click on the name of your internet's name / connection's name.
step four: click properties
step five: choose internet protocol version 4 and click on properties
step six:  click on the option " use the following DNS server address option" and type in 8.8.8.8 on the top collum and 8.8.4.4 on the one in the bottom.
