 So, ended up make a few cuts on LJ flist. Mostly those who haven't been on in forever or a couple who I'm just tired of reading due to their thoughts/comments on topics. Sorry but 30 isn't fucking old, stop making it seem like those of us who are there or older should just roll over and die.

It wouldn't have been so bad but this person has been on my flist for several years--I just never realized they had to have been underage to start with. And recently every one of her posts has been how she's still young and OMG 30 is so old. Just blah! Don't need the negativity over something that there is nothing wrong with!

Oh, what, no one told you that once you hit 30 you're required to purchase boob-high sweatpants and weep for your long-gone youth? Pfffft.

I did once have a boss, who was into her late 40s I believe, tell me that after you're 25 you can't make changes to your life -- that everything you do post-25 was just ramifications. Being 20 at the time, I mindlessly agreed -- 25 seemed like SUCH A LONG TIME.
