Ask yourself during the day "Is this a dream?" too. If you do it enough, supposedly you automatically do it in a dream as well (when you sleep).

YOU CAN DO ITT!!!

I remember one of my friends wanted to try doing astral projection through dreaming. Astral projection sounds crazy to me, but he claims to have been able to be in control of his dreams after about a week of trying! No astral projection though! SO I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!

PS. I ENVY THOSE SLEEP TIMES. D:
