rules to KILLER uno:

same as uno except you can lay down doubles out of turn. if someone puts a 0 down everyone shows how many cards they have and the person has the option to switch seats with whoever, therefore getting their cards and their turn. um, what else is there? the cutting the deck rule: where the loser deals and gets 50 points off their score if they cut into the deck exactly what their is to deal and flip the one card.

wilds: 50 points
action cards: 20 or 30 points
numbers are worth their value

i think there was the additive rule; draws added up (like making some people draw 28, mwahaha) and each time someone played a skip on a skip one extra person was skipped.
