that's kinda cute :) don't know if a physician would necessarily tell me that joy is only a marriage, job, or transfer away... maybe a diet away, but none of those things really. unless (s)he was a psychologist. then that would make a little bit more sense. but then it would not be the same physician. there would have to be two, one to advise me on my dieting, another to advise me on my personal life.
