So, these last couple of days...five people de-friended me and eight others added me. That's more messing with my flist than the last, I don't know, six months combined.

Did I do something mildly controversial by...not posting?

That's just one of those weird LJ things I've learned to live with.
I am a sporadic poster at best and once in a while there is this big flurry of activity de-friending and friending and watching.
I mostly just don't check and carry one with what I am doing, trying not to take it personally.

yeah, usually I don't check either. But this is the first time this weird thing happened (I think..?) and it's just so completely strange to me, especially since I didn't do anything. Every time I post I basically expect this to happen and it never does, but then I go away to college and don't post for a couple of weeks and suddenly BAM! I'm not really offended or hurt or anything. It's just weird... *shrugs*
