Falling over

Had a bit of a weather related incident this week. I was wearing my boots that don't have any grips on the way to work and I slipped on a massive patch of black ice. I fell straight on my back and luckily managed to get up straight away without any serious injuries, apart from some stiffness. I was really shocked that no one stopped to help me up
