Tomato chicken with terragon cilantro |MODIFIED| + Russian Salad

So my mom didn't feel like cooking today, so I set out to find a recipie for something easy and filling. So I found this:

2 whole chicken breasts
lemon juice
garlic
ground pepper (I love white pepper in this recipe!)
tarragon cilantro
lemon pepper (or use salt but add more lemon juice)
2 16 oz. cans of diced tomatoes
4 stalks of celery 1/2 onion,
