I only got 4 drabbles completed this week but in the interest of not making you guys wait forever I'm going to post those now and add the others as soon as possible.
Disclaimer: They're real people, I can't own them.
A/N: This is an "Insano War" fic, the idea for this scenario comes from a fic by
aunt_zelda 038. Enemy (Mentioned Reader/Linkara, Slight Reader/Insano)
Insano didn't like you. That made sense you supposed, people didn't usually put the people they liked in dungeons and they usually weren't too fond of the girlfriends of their arch-enemies. It was to this end that you found yourself chained to a wall in Insano's dungeon waiting for Linkara.
"Hello again!" rang the far too cheery voice of Insano as he swung open the small door to your cell. "Well, it's been three days. I think we both need to accept the idea that he's not coming."
"He'll be here, give him time." You answered determinedly; you wouldn't give up on him.
"Oh, I don't doubt he could get here but will he? This is a war, (Y/N), do you really think the general of the opposing army will risk his life for...whatever you are to him?" Insano pushed.
"Don't try to mess with me you smug son of a bitch, Linkara will come." There was no room for questions in the sharp glare you threw at Insano.
He giggled "Interesting, it's been an entire three days and you seem to have unwavering faith in him and quite a spirit too. He doesn't deserve you."
The comment caught you off guard, of all the things to say that was nowhere on your radar. "What do you mean?"
"Linkara is many things, none of them interesting. I'm sure the good and noble life suits you but...evil is more fun." He grinned his maniacal grin and you tried to slow your spinning head. You were about to spit some other insult when a loud crackling sound turned your attention to the dungeon's hall.
"Looks like our company's arrived" Insano giggled. The door was blown open by a crack of what you could now see was lightning. The dust cleared to show Angry Joe and Linkara ready to fight.
"Leave her alone Insano" Linkara demanded.
"Linkara, we've been waiting for you" Insano grinned.
083. Sushi (Slight Reader/MarzGurl)
It was evil, you knew that, it was probably the worst thing you'd ever do and yet you couldn't resist. She was sitting there so happy and unsuspecting; it almost broke your heart. Maybe you didn't have a heart or least a hardly functional one. There was no time for a morality crisis now you decided you would do what you had to before it was too late.
"DRIVE BY SUSHI STEEEEEEEEEEAL!" you screamed as you ran by and plucked a piece of the aforementioned food off of MarGurls plate and stuck it in your mouth. MarzGurl groaned at your antics as you tried to look innocent.
"Am I in trouble?" you pouted and gave your best puppy dog eyes.
"Well I don't know" she replied "how do you plan to pay me back?"
Your look turned much less innocent as you started to make plans.
The things you did for sushi.
001. Disease (Reader/Whoever)
The plague had been come on faster than anyone could believe. Insano had gotten his formula perfected and it looked like he'd finally won. He hadn't sent it into many places only two large cities, all he wanted to do was prove how much of a threat it was. But you knew that very well already. Insano had been kind enough to give you a special present in the resistance base: a controlled version of the disease. It wasn't contagious, but that didn't matter as you'd all breathed it in, it was slower and it was much more painful. So here you were sitting around the corpses of your friends as you watched your lover die.
"It's going to be alright" you tried to tell him.
He laughed a humourless laugh "that's what people always say when things aren't going to be alright. I know I'm dying, it's pretty obvious given the shape I'm in."
"That damn Insano he-" you began.
"Well then," he cut you off "all the more reason to beat him."
"But who can now? There's no one left." You said.
"There's you," he replied "you weren't here when the disease hit, you can fight him. To tell you the truth though I wish you didn't have to. You should have a happy life, it would be a tragedy to survive this and die a few weeks or months later."
"I'll be careful" you assured him.
"Good" he smiled as he faded away. Only when you were completely sure he was gone did you let the signs of your own poisoning show.
A/N: First 90's Kid fic ever? I suppose it's fitting that I now have 90 prompts left. Bra is the female form of bro.
009. Night (Reader/90s Kid)
You liked star gazing; it was relaxing, thought provoking and quiet.
"What're you doing lying on the ground"
Well it was most of the time. Your vision of the sky was now blocked by the familiar backwards hat and shades wearing face of your friend 90s Kid.
"Something you need" You asked him.
“Linkara kicked me out of his house again. He is so not radical" 90s Kid fumed, sitting down next to you. "So what are you doing?"
"Watching the stars, enjoying the night." you told him.
"Yeah, I love the night bra, that's when all the really cool superheroes search the alleys and rooftops for the scum of the earth that police aren't man enough to..." he carried on and on as you tuned out. After a while you figured you'd better stop his raving on the merits of the Dark Age by saying what you always said at this point.
"Don't you think you should try to go back to Linkara's?"
"No, he's not gonna let me back so why should I bother? It's obvious the dude hates me." 90s Kid replied.
"I sure he doesn't hate you. Maybe you'd get along better if you didn.t break into his videos so much and maybe talked a bit quieter?" you tried.
"But guys who don't talk loud aren't extreme and guys who aren't extreme don't get to hang with totally rad chicks like yourself." he said. You were shocked he'd never said anything that nice to you before, you thought he just came over to your place because you were the closest person he knew.
"Anyway," he continued oblivious to your confusion "it's not my fault Captain Lame wouldn't know a good comic if it bit him in the-" He was cut of by your lips crashing against his. His shades had fallen off so when you pulled back you could see his wide eyes.
"Please, just for a minute, shut up." you said. There was a short silence.
"RADICAL!" he yelled.
