we get spinach like that here too, clever usage!

he spinach is great. I normally prefer vegies fresh, not frozen but these are so handy. I pop them in things like bolognaise sauce or risotto and normally just let it defrost into the food... or microwave it in a coffee mug for a few seconds to defrost it first.

There is only one brand here, and one of our supermarkets rarely stocks it, so I always make sure I have at least 2 packs in the freezer.

funny, the spinach is standard here and there are many brands and it's in every convenience store. Too bad hubby hates it, perhaps overexposure as a child :( so I use it for stuff only I and the girls will eat
