This is quite lovely. I like the sense of caring which underlies the sparring, how they say one thing and do the other, so you know them by how they act.

I was a bit surprised when Nakajima fainted, and leery about where you were going with that twist. He comes across as some sort of physical superhero in the story. How perfect and fitting that this, over all the other possibilities, would be the ailment that struck. Well done!

No problem with that! He can be Superman all he wants, but he has to be Clark Kent every once in a while. That's what I like about fanfiction. It brings a certain amount of reality that some fans tend to forget because of the love for the characters.
