a series of unfortunate CRAZY events

OK, so the events might not necessarily be so crazy in and of themselves.  Possibly they only make me look and feel crazy.  For a taste:

Once while my friend was sleeping over, apparently I sat up and screamed out GOAT!! in the middle of the night, which terrifed both my friend and my mom, who heard it in her room down the hall.

Once a similar thing happened, I was in my bed and my friend was on the floor, I sat up, turned slowly yelled at her, "SHUT-UP", then laid back down and went to sleep, it freaked her out. I don't remember it.
