I find myself perplexed as to what to do these days, as quite the heat wave has swept across southern Ontario.  It's been pretty nuts for the past few days.  Yesterday the temperature hit 30, and when you factored in the humidity, 39.   I was just listening to the radio and at the moment it's 29, with a humidex in "the upper 30s"... mercifully, I
