I'm insanely behind reading everyone's journal -- hope you're all doing well out there!  I'd tell you about all the exciting, wonderful things in my life, but I have to get some rather unexciting things done first today (cleaning, organizing, bill-paying, etc.)  I need to find good music for this... hopefully, Daniel Lanois' new CD that just

I want

2. A Pipa
3. a guitar effects pedal where the effect is "programmable microcontroller"
4. While we're at it, a keyboard that puts out pure sine waves that can be run through the same effect
5. A replacement for the slide whistle I misplaced

I'm crossing "Pipa" off my list.

What I really want is a guitar with a whole lot of strings, and frets that can be adjusted ("tuned") using knobs like those on precision calipers (preferably numbered such that "1" is an open string and "2" is an octave)

OH, and I want my subwoofer back from kevin, and an apartment where I can play bad homebrew electronic music out the subwoofer without neighbors complaining.

And, instead of my acoustic guitar back, I think I'd rather have another electric, or a classical.

And I want a saxophone.
