to put a picture, you need a host site, adn i dont really think printroom allows it anymore

well i dont know where you can upload pictures for free these days, let me check where other people are hosting their pictures....

seemesmile.com may let you join for free

after you start an account there,
upload a picture,
then right click on your picture, and select properties,
where it says address, copy that website,
then paste it into this code, and put that code in a post..
