hello amy! how are you? i am fine.
what are you doing this summer? i'm taking ceramics and creative writing in texas, working for the local rec center, and lots of swimming and tennis. i'm at work right now, and researching public schools. i'm interested in being an art or english teacher, and possible coach soccer on the side. what do you think? what school did you go to while you were still in pensacola? do you think that'd be a good school to work with, and do you think they might need me anytime soon? catch you on the flipside! jennifer

Let´s see... I am in Berlin right now. I have been here since January and am staying until August 9th. I really love it, and my German has improved very much. I am still planning on going to medical school, but I would like to take a year off in between college and med school to come back to berlin. About my school in Pensacola... It is called Booker T. Washington High School. I have no idea of whether they need new teachers or not. It is an okay school - doesn´t have the best teachers or the best resources, but not the worst either. I do know that they lost a lot of funding for the art department a few years ago, so I don´t know if they would need an art teacher. It was nice to hear from you. Good luck with everything.

Hello Amy,

I'm glad to hear from you. I'm sure being in Berlin is an amazing experience for you, especially if you have an opportunity to practice your German. I am applying for "Camp Adventure" next summer, which will hopefully take me to Germany, or at least somewhere out of the country. I was conducting a search on the best public schools in America, and Florida has the majority! I was surprised by the numbers. I'm also considering the Sec. Ed concentration in English, as well as Landscape Architecture or Architecture. and it's sad because I'm cutting a little close to my graduation to be switching my majors around. Anyway, hopefully it will work out for me. Have a great time in Germany!

-Jennifer
