I have no idea, but I know I don't even understand why anyone would want to drink a Bloody Mary.
I was on a flight from Denver to Montrose, the small town about an hour south of here, a while ago. It was an 8 a.m. flight, and there were eight people on board. And the guy across the aisle from me ordered a Bloody Mary. At 8 in the morning. On a turboprop flight. To Montrose. I couldn't believe they even had the ingredients on board. As I recall, there wasn't a drink cart.
I'm one of those weird people who actually buy the tomato juice and drink it. My mom too. She even buys several at a time and keeps them in her cupboard. Haha.
Blood Mary's rock! I can't explain the phenomenon of why people seem to order them and regular tomato juice frequently on flights. Maybe they are nervous and the tomato juice calms them. Pretty much reaching out a limb with that one though.
