Two great things have happened this week.

1)I quit my job.

2)Bush won for president.

I need to figure out what to do for my friends for christmas and I need to find a new job that pays above minimum wage and requires 10 hours a week. A trip to the career center should solve the latter.

Its going to be real hard trying to find a job that pays above minimum wage, especially for someone who is 16. Why'd you quit? was it really that bad of a job?

Alot of jobs pay above minimum wage for our age group

I loved the job but with my class load and extra curricular activities I was dying from stress

Oh yeah, the stress. I think its something you have to get used to though because a lot of jobs are going to be the same, you know? They are all going to require you to work at least once a week. My schedule is good for school, but not for money. I work a four hour shift on Tuesday nights and then Full 8 and half hour shifts on weekends, excluding friday. They are good shifts but Tuesday nights are the days I get the most homework...

When you hear about that whole job above minimum wage.. tell me. :D lol

thank goodness for being unemployed hehe and its nice to read a journal where someone isn't goin on about how bad bush is! yay for that.
